CFO RoundTable Events:

The Changing Landscape of Venture Capital
The CFO RoundTable NYC
Wednesday, December 10, 2014

Start ups are raising significant capital these days – in fact, capital invested through Q3 2014 has eclipsed total dollars invested in all of 2013. Attractive economics, including lower capital needed to start a company and network effects, are drawing non-traditional investors to the table to be part of innovation & a changing economy that is creating a new age of billion dollar companies, giving CFOs and entrepreneurs even more options than ever to raise capital.

Join The CFO RoundTable NYC for our year-end program, “The Changing Landscape of Venture Capital,” where our panel will discuss how CFOs can choose the best investors, both traditional and non-traditional, based on their needs in a competitive marketplace; when the best time to raise capital is, and how much; and how board dynamics and exit considerations change with major investors in all stages of a company, especially in our strong IPO and M&A market. Managing High Growth
The CFO RoundTable Boston
Wednesday, December 17, 2014

Revenue growth on a line graph appears simple to measure. The underlying operations that support that growth, however, can be challenging to support.  High-growth companies face challenges in all areas of operations – financing, human resources, facilities, managing board expectations, and much more.

The CFO RoundTable has assembled a panel of experts to provide a detailed view into effective ways to manage growth, with an emphasis on the role of the CFO in guiding this growth.  CFO’s need to balance the concerns of a CEO, Venture Capitalists, and Human Resource specialists – and we will have a representative of each of these constituents on our panel to provide their insights.
