With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Rachael was recognized as the Boston Business Journal’s CFO of the Year, in the small private company category.  Rachael_at_Podium.jpgAs the CFO of CloudLock, she is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s finance and accounting functions, as well as relationships with the banking and investment community.  Throughout her career she has also held various financial, legal, and business roles.

CFO_of_the_Year_-_Philadelphia-1.jpgSue has more than 25 years of operating and financial experience in venture backed, private equity held, and public companies and was awarded the Philadelphia Business Journal’s CFO of the Year.  She has achieved more than $30 million in capital raises and has participated in a number of mergers and acquisitions, as well as an IPO.  Currently serving as the CFO of Greenphire, Inc., Sue is responsible for all aspects of finance, accounting, audit, tax, human resources, operations, and administration.

Criteria for these prestigious awards include financial accomplishments, leadership, influence, and community involvement and being chosen as a recipient is an honor.  As CFO Leadership Council Founder Jack McCullough states, “I am a former judge in this contest and I have seen first-hand how many talented financial executives are nominated, so to be recognized as a leader from such a group is truly impressive!”
