About Keynote Speaker, Jessica Holscott, EVP & CFO, Warner Media Entertainment
Jessica L. Holscott is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Warner Media Entertainment including HBO, TNT, TBS & truTV and Direct-to-Consumer, responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance and supporting the Chairman with all strategic decisions.   Prior to working at HBO, Holscott spent over two years as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations for Time Warner.  In this role, she worked to develop and execute the company’s investor relations initiatives and served as one of the primary day-to-day contacts for the investment community. Holscott also led Time Warner’s cross-company merger planning efforts with AT&T, developing a blue print for seamless integration. Previously, Holscott served as Vice President of Investor Relations and Treasurer for Delphi, where she was responsible for all global initiatives related to communicating the company’s strategy, growth prospects and financial performance to investors and analysts.  As Treasurer, she optimized Delphi’s capital structure, maximized liquidity and managed foreign exchange and commodity risk.  After beginning her career in General Electric Company’s Financial Management Program, she spent six years as part of their corporate audit staff. In 2005, she became GE’s Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis for Consumer Finance before becoming Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the NBC Universal TV Stations Division, an arm of GE.  She later spent two years with GE’s investor relations division, before becoming Chief of Staff to the Vice Chairman and CFO.  In this role, she was integral in providing critical valuation and capital allocation analysis for GE’s senior leadership team.  Holscott has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Dayton in Ohio.
