Amrita Ahuja, CFO, Square

Amrita Ahuja served as Square’s Chief Financial Officer since January 2019. She previously spent 8 years at Activision Blizzard in four different roles, including Chief Financial Officer of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc., Senior Vice President of Investor Relations, Vice President, Finance and Operations and Vice President, Strategy and Business Development. Prior to that, she was a Director of Business Development at Fox Networks Group, served in Strategic Planning at The Walt Disney Company and Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley. She holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an A.B. from Duke University.

 

 

Elis Costa, CFO North America, Marsh & McLennan Companies

Elis joined Marsh in 2017 from Unilever, where she served as CFO for North America.
In her more than 25 years of experience in corporations including Unilever and Cargill Inc., Elis developed a diverse skill set across various financial disciplines, including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and accounting.   Previously, Elis has held finance leadership roles in North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. She earned a BA in business administration from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia in Brazil, and an executive MBA from the University of Toronto.  Elis is currently serving as the New York Chair of Women in Leadership in Latin America (WILL), an organization focused on supporting the advancement of Latin American business women into leadership and executive positions across all industries and sectors.

 

John Carrier, Senior Lecturer of System Dynamics, MIT Sloan School of Management.

Carrier instructs senior managers on improving manufacturing and business processes and serves as an on-site coach in support of projects. His research focuses on strategic marketing and new business development in high technology, specialty chemicals, and service segments. Carrier has more than 15 years of experience in a variety of corporate, entrepreneurial, and consulting environments. Since 2006, he has worked with Arsenal Capital Partners as director of Six Sigma, where he is responsible for increasing portfolio company valuation by adapting and applying Six Sigma techniques to midsize companies. Carrier also handles due diligence, post-merger integrations, and financial analysis and improvement. Prior to joining Arsenal Capital Partners, he was employed by Grace Construction Products; Bain & Company, Inc.; and SuperCool LLC.   Carrier holds a BS in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan, a PhD in chemical engineering from MIT, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

 

Rauli Garcia, Vice President of Strategic Marketing, Sage Intacct, Former CFO & CAO

Rauli Garcia has more than 25 years of finance, sales and marketing experience at nonprofits, financial services and software companies.  At Sage Intacct, Rauli is the VP of Strategic Marketing and oversees Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, and the Website.  Before joining Sage Intacct, Rauli was the Chief Revenue Office for AcctTwo Shared Services, a company that delivers the future of Finance and Accounting for small and medium businesses.  There he lead Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.  Before that he was Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at a variety of nonprofit and for-profit organizations with budgets ranging from $20M to $65M. Those organizations include The Houston, Zoo, The Curtis Institute of Music, The Houston Symphony, and The Houston Grand Opera.  Rauli has also worked in the Financial Services in many roles for Charles Schwab, and Investment Advisor Paul Comstock Partners, and has an MBA from Rice University.
