Q: Can I bring extra internal team members beyond the complimentary passes that are included?
A: You are welcome to bring additional team members for 50% off! The custom promo code has been sent to you. Let Emily know if you have any trouble finding the code.
Q: Are raffles, games, and other activities allowed at the exhibit booth?
A: Yes, we encourage the use of additional activities to drive traffic to your booth.
Q: Do you have a lead retrieval device?
A: Attendees will have their LinkedIn QR codes on the back of their badges, making it easy to quickly scan and connect. You are also welcome to use your own lead retrieval device.
Q: What is the food & beverage policy at the hotel?
A: The hotel does not allow outside food other than candy. Food will be provided for the breaks inside the exhibit hall. If you’re interested in hearing about purchasing supplemental food for your booth, please let Jamie & Emily know.
