Joan Bottarini is Hyatt’s Chief Financial Officer and responsible for helping to develop and lead Hyatt’s transformation, uniquely positioning the organization for optimal long-term performance and stakeholder value creation. Since November 2018, she has led Hyatt’s global finance function, including financial reporting, planning, treasury, tax, investor relations, internal audit, asset management and procurement. Joan is also the Executive Sponsor of the Hyatt HyPride Diversity Business Resource Group. During Joan’s 24-year Hyatt tenure, she has served as the Company’s Senior Vice President, Finance, Americas; Vice President, Hotel Finance, Asia Pacific (Hong Kong); and Vice President, Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis. Prior to joining Hyatt, Joan served as an Assurance Manager at KPMG LLP. Joan is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and serves as Chair on the Dean’s Board of Executive Advisors. She also serves as a Co-Chair of the No Room for Trafficking Council of the American Hotel and Lodging Association Foundation and as a Board member of Salt and Light Coalition in Chicago.

Shelagh Glaser serves as Synopsys’ Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for Finance and other business operations. She brings an outstanding track record of financial and operational experience in both the software and semiconductor industries, including scaling large businesses while continually driving profitability.
Prior to joining Synopsys, Glaser was Chief Financial Officer of Zendesk, a software-as-a-service CRM company that was acquired by a consortium led by Hellman & Friedman and Permira in 2022.
Before Zendesk, she grew her career at Intel over 29 years, most recently as Corporate Vice President and CFO/COO of Intel’s two largest business units, the Data Platform and Client Computing Groups.
Glaser holds a BA in economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. She serves on the board of PubMatic, a leader in digital advertising supply chain.

Chad Wonderling is the Chief Financial Officer at Zone & Co and is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions including accounting, tax, treasury, financial planning, analysis, and operations. Before Zone, he spent nearly six years at Salesloft serving in multiple finance leadership roles, but most notably as the Chief Accounting Officer. At Salesloft he helped lead four acquisitions, raise over $300 million in debt and equity financing, and played an integral role in the sale of Salesloft to Vista Equity Partners for $2.3 billion. Chad began his career at KPMG before transitioning to high-growth startups where he’s spent the last 15 years of his career. He and his wife, along with their two young boys, reside in Atlanta, GA.
