Joan Bottarini is Hyatt’s Chief Financial Officer and responsible for helping to develop and lead Hyatt’s transformation, uniquely positioning the organization for optimal long-term performance and stakeholder value creation. Since November 2018, she has led Hyatt’s global finance function, including financial reporting, planning, treasury, tax, investor relations, internal audit, asset management and procurement. Joan is also the Executive Sponsor of the Hyatt HyPride Diversity Business Resource Group. During Joan’s 24-year Hyatt tenure, she has served as the Company’s Senior Vice President, Finance, Americas; Vice President, Hotel Finance, Asia Pacific (Hong Kong); and Vice President, Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis. Prior to joining Hyatt, Joan served as an Assurance Manager at KPMG LLP. Joan is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and serves as Chair on the Dean’s Board of Executive Advisors. Cameron Kinloch is an accomplished CFO, COO, and Board Director with over 20 years of experience leading finance, strategy, and operations in SaaS, fintech, and consumer industries. She has guided companies through IPOs, M&A exits, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raises, with a strong track record in scaling high-growth businesses.
Most recently, Cameron served as CFO of Weights & Biases, where she helped scale the company by more than 10× ARR and played a central role in its successful acquisition by CoreWeave, an AI hyperscaler. Prior to that, she was CFO of Dynamic Signal, leading its strategic sale to private equity, and held key leadership roles in the IPOs of Box and Sunrun.
Today, Cameron advises founders, executive teams, and Boards through her advisory practice, True Vantage Partners. She currently serves as an Independent Director at EROAD (NZX/ASX-listed telematics company) and Copper Cow Coffee, and has previously served on the boards of HSS and Bulletproof 360.

Retired Lieutenant Colonel, U.S. Army
During his 23-year Army career, Oak McCulloch held leadership positions in Infantry and Armor, with operational deployments including Desert Shield/Desert Storm, Bosnia, and Kosovo. He served as instructor at multiple institutions including the US Army Command and General Staff College and concluded his military service as Professor of Military Science at the University of South Alabama, where he tripled the ROTC program size.
After retiring in 2009, McCulloch joined the Bay Area Food Bank as Associate Director before returning to military education at Stetson University, growing their ROTC program from 15 to over 100 cadets in 9 years. He currently serves as Recruiting Operations Officer for the Eagle Battalion Army ROTC at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where he’s doubled program enrollment and was selected as the top recruiting officer out of 274 recruiters in 2019.
LTC McCulloch holds a Bachelor’s in History from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Military Arts and Science from the US Army Command and General Staff College. He received thirty-one military awards including the Bronze Star and eight Meritorious Service Medals. He and his wife Kelly live in Daytona Beach, FL with two children and three grandchildren.

Melissa Clark leads Primera’s accounting and finance teams with a passion for problem solving. “Primera fosters a learning environment,” she explains. “I’m constantly empowering my team to analyze the issues and provide solutions that help us improve efficiency and knowledge inside and outside our department.” Melissa has been problem solving since her first job after high school. Her expertise is the result of more than 20 years in the AEC industry and more than 10 years as a Controller. Melissa and her team are responsible for all areas of corporate accounting and finance, including invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, financial analysis and the financial well-being of the company.
Melissa got her start in the AEC industry working as a studio coordinator for a Wisconsin-based architecture firm. She gradually worked her way into financial coordinator and general accountant roles while she earned her degree in management accounting from Alverno College in Milwaukee. Before long, she was promoted into the Controller role. A self-proclaimed life-long learner, she later returned to her alma mater and earned her MBA in 2011 before leading the accounting efforts for a Milwaukee-based civil engineering firm. She joined Primera after moving to Chicago and has taken our accounting practice by storm, applying her expertise and problem solving skills to improve efficiencies as well as the invoicing experience for our staff and our clients.
