Q: Will there be a lead retrieval option at the conference?
A: Yes, we will be using Brella as a lead retrieval solution which will be complimentary to all of our valued sponsors.
Q: Are we allowed to bring branded pre-packaged food to hand out?
A: It is allowed however the hotel requires the exhibitor to pay Gratuity (17%) and Administrative Fee (13%) based on what the Hotel pricing of the most similar item is. The hotel would need to know the exact amount of how many food items are being brought in. However, miniature items (2 oz or less like “fun-size” candy would not require a charge)
Q: Do I get to pick where my booth is located in the exhibit hall?
A: No, your booth # will be assigned considering sponsorship level. Ensuring your not next to a direct competitor is a priority for us.
Q: When will I receive the attendee list?
A: The attendee list will be sent out 3 weeks and 1 week before the conference. It will not include contact information per privacy regulations.
Q: Are we allowed to organize a dinner and invite attendees?
A: Absolutely! You are welcome to invite attendees to dinner as long as it doesn’t overlap with our conference agenda (i.e. please do not plan a dinner/activity until after 7:00pm ET). Please give us a heads up if you’re planning a dinner.
