Q: Will there be a lead retrieval option at the conference?
A: Yes, we will be using EventMobi as a lead retrieval solution which will be complimentary to all of our valued sponsors.
Q: Are we allowed to bring branded pre-packaged food to hand out?
A: It is allowed however the hotel requires the exhibitor to pay Gratuity (17%) and Administrative Fee (13%) based on what the Hotel pricing of the most similar item is. The hotel would need to know the exact amount of how many food items are being brought in. However, miniature items (2 oz or less like “fun-size” candy would not require a charge)
Q: Do I get to pick where my booth is located in the exhibit hall?
A: Your spot will be assigned based on your sponsorship level, and we always prioritize making sure you’re not place next to a direct competitor.
Q: When will I receive the pre-event attendee list?
A: The attendee list will be sent out 3 weeks and 1 week before the conference. Please note, it will not include contact information per privacy regulations.
Q: When can we expect the highest traffic in the exhibit hall?
A: The highest traffic in the exhibit hall is expected during each break in the agenda, as well as the receptions on June 2 and June 3.
Q: Are we allowed to organize a dinner and invite attendees?
A: Absolutely! You are welcome to invite attendees to dinner as long as it doesn’t overlap with our conference agenda (i.e. please do not plan a dinner/activity until after 6:30pm ET). Please give us a heads up if you’re planning a dinner.
