Unforgettable: How to Articulate Your Value with Confidence, Gain Visibility & Level Up Your Career

Presented by Women Leaders Connect, a Chief Executive Group Community

Dr. Alessandra Wall, Founder & CEO, Noteworthy

Every day, senior leaders are asked to articulate their unique value—whether in strategic discussions, high-impact projects, or in board meetings where clarity and authority are essential. Executed well, this skill opens doors to influence, innovation, and growth. Done poorly, it can leave opportunities on the table and, at worst, contribute to misunderstandings and missed connections that can ripple across your teams.

In this workshop, we will explore three proven strategies that will empower you to work from your strengths and position yourself for maximum impact. You will learn a structured process for sharing your expertise in a way that is both clear and compelling, ensuring that your contributions are recognized and understood across all levels.

This session will provide you with a powerful blueprint to claim your authority, engage others, and elevate your presence—all without hesitation or self-doubt. For organizational leaders, these strategies can pave the way for greater inclusion, streamlined communication, and a culture of engagement and shared accountability.

As technology continues to transform the finance function, CFOs find themselves with the vital task of assessing and refining their company’s tech framework to maximize organizational value. Finance leaders may or may not be tech experts, but regardless, dedicating the time to explore the ever-evolving landscape can prove challenging. This is why working closely with internal subject matter experts is a crucial initial step towards a results-driven approach in evaluating a technology portfolio. This session will explore how CFOs can collaborate with CTOs to navigate the technology hype cycle, identify key indicators of success, measure ROI on IT investments, and anticipate the future role of AI in finance. Additionally, it will highlight next-generation solutions to improve complex financial processes impacting various roles within the CFO’s office, from accounting to FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and consolidations.

CFOs know healthcare costs rise faster and more erratically than almost any other business expense. What they don’t know is that there is a better way to predict and budget for their health plan beyond bracing for potentially double-digit increases or jumping from one big-box plan to another.

It’s not their fault. Traditional health plans make common practice of gatekeeping data that CFOs could leverage to inform their healthcare buying decisions. Decisions that could free-up capital and create new opportunities for growth-related initiatives – without passing the buck to employees.

We’re going to lift the veil hung by status-quo health insurance carriers to obfuscate and blur financial decisions for both fully funded firms and self-funded companies alike.

Attend this powerful session and discover:

  • How the PPO “black box” model makes it impossible to audit, review or challenge costs
  • The hidden ways traditional carriers make money from your PEPM fees
  • How self-funding can deliver total transparency into your healthcare spend
  • Proven strategies to reduce your health plan costs by 20%-30%
