PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The right leadership team can accelerate growth, transform an organization, and create significant enterprise value. The wrong hire can be one of the most expensive mistakes a company makes.
As organizations navigate a competitive labor market, rising compensation expectations, increased healthcare costs, and evolving workforce demands, CFOs play a critical role in evaluating talent investments and ensuring the organization has the leadership capabilities needed for future success.
Join executive leaders and finance professionals for a strategic discussion on how CFOs approach major talent decisions—including C-suite hiring, executive compensation, succession planning, retention strategies, and workforce investments. Explore how companies identify the right leaders, successfully onboard high-impact executives, address turnover challenges, and build cultures that keep top talent engaged.
This conversation will examine the broader labor market, the true cost of turnover, and how CFOs can partner with CEOs and boards to make smarter investments in people while balancing financial discipline and long-term growth.
