PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Lean in For Lunch – virtual Power Hour
An hour with your local chapter’s brain trust—A virtual get together designed to sharpen your thinking, expand your perspective, and strengthen the relationships that make this community so valuable.
Step out of the day‑to‑day and into a conversation with peers who understand the pressures, tradeoffs, and realities you’re navigating.
Set on the Zoom platform, each session gives you space to discuss current events shaping your decisions or to bring a challenge you’re facing and tap into the group’s collective problem‑solving power.
This is where insight becomes actionable. Where someone else’s experience becomes your shortcut. Where you’re reminded that you don’t have to lead in isolation.
These virtual lunches complement your in‑person meetings by keeping you connected between programs—offering an additional touchpoint to learn from one another, build trust, and deepen the value you receive from your local community.
It’s one hour that consistently pays dividends in clarity, confidence, and connection.
