JoDee Curtis, CSP, SHRM-SCP, CPA, offers a distinctive background with over 30 years of experience as a CPA, Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President of Human Resources. She is passionate about helping organizations and individuals discover their talents, do more of what they do best, and find joy in their work. This is evident through her creation of the JoyPowered®️ philosophy, which has resulted in the JoyPowered®️book series and popular JoyPowered®️ Workspace Podcast. Always striving for personal growth, JoDee has obtained numerous certifications including Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and SHRM Senior Certified Professional. She is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), a distinction held by fewer than 700 active speakers worldwide. She is a member of the FORUM Credit Union League Board, a board member for Options Schools and St. Gianna’s Families, the Bryn Raimann Foundation, and a committee chair for the Executive Women in Finance.
Raul Zavaleta | Board Member and Business Advisor
Raul Zavaleta is an entrepreneur and advisor with more than 35 years of international experience building and scaling science-driven businesses. He began his career at Quest Diagnostics and later co-founded SciCor, Inc. (now Covance/LabCorp), leading its expansion across Europe and Asia. Raul has since founded, led, and advised multiple technology and life-science companies through successful exits, including serving as CEO and now a board member of Indigo BioAutomation.
Today, Raul is a partner at Cogent Scientific, where he works with emerging research, technology, and AI-focused companies on strategy, operations, and commercialization. He has also contributed to civic and community leadership through board service with the United Way of Central Indiana, Indiana Sports Corp, Marian University’s Board of Trustees, and the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce.
Raul holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from UCLA and an Honorary Doctorate from Marian University.
