PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Artificial intelligence is quickly transforming the way organizations operate, compete, and generate value. For today’s CFO, the question is no longer whether to adopt AI, but how to assess opportunities, manage risks, and lead deployment in a manner that achieves measurable business results.
This session will equip finance leaders with a practical framework to identify where AI can deliver the most significant impact within their organizations. Participants will learn how to evaluate AI readiness, pinpoint high-value use cases, develop a strong business case, and establish the governance structures necessary for successful implementation.
Whether your organization is exploring AI for the first time or aiming to expand existing initiatives, this session will provide finance leaders with the tools needed to transition from experimentation to implementation
The discussion will explore the CFO’s role in balancing innovation with financial discipline while considering key factors such as data quality, cybersecurity, workforce implications, regulatory compliance, and return on investment.
