Nashville: Cost, Value & Strategy: How CFOs Are Rethinking Healthcare, Compensation & Commercial Real Estate, the Largest Investments

October 29, 2026 @ 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm CDT

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

CFOs are facing unprecedented pressure to balance growth, profitability, and rising operating costs. Three of the largest investments impacting organizations today—healthcare, real estate, and talent—are undergoing significant transformation.

From escalating healthcare and pharmaceutical expenses to evolving workplace strategies and increasing compensation pressures, finance leaders must make thoughtful decisions about where to invest, where to optimize, and how to create long-term value.

Join a peer CFO roundtable discussion led by industry leaders to explore how finance leaders are approaching these critical cost drivers. Through shared experiences and candid conversation, participants will discuss strategies for managing rising expenses, evaluating trade-offs, leveraging data, and aligning spending decisions with broader business objectives.
