Portland: Economic Update: Doing Business in Oregon

October 28, 2026 @ 8:00 am - 10:00 am PDT

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Oregon businesses are navigating an evolving economic, tax, and public policy environment as they plan for 2027. This interactive discussion will examine the current landscape for doing business in Oregon and the issues CFOs and finance leaders should have on their radar in the months ahead.

Our partners at Baker Tilly along with experts from the Oregon Business & Industry will provide perspectives on Oregon’s economic and business environment, the state’s tax and fiscal landscape, and what businesses can expect as Oregon approaches the 2027 legislative session. The conversation will also explore key policy priorities, the potential implications of the November 2026 election, and the range of issues that may shape Oregon’s business environment in the coming year.

Attendees will leave with practical context to help assess how developments in Oregon may affect business planning, investment, workforce decisions, and other priorities for 2027.
