PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
As organizations grow, so do the demands on the finance function. Today’s CFOs must make critical decisions about succession planning – when to expand their teams, which capabilities to add, and how to balance investments in people, processes, and technology.
Whether preparing for rapid growth, private equity investment, an acquisition, or a future exit, building the right finance organization at the right time can significantly influence business performance and enterprise value.
Join accomplished CFOs for a practical discussion on the milestones that signal it’s time to strengthen your finance team, the roles that create the greatest impact, and how AI and automation are reshaping the future of finance talent. Hear firsthand lessons on succession planning, organizational design, and building a finance function that can scale with the business.
