Here are some instructions for our event app if you’d like to get familiar with how it works. At this time, no action is required. You’ll be able to access sponsor features once we officially open the app. Additional details will be sent as we get closer to the event.
Q: Will there be a lead retrieval option at the conference?
A: Yes, we will be using EventMobi as a lead retrieval solution which will be complimentary to all of our valued sponsors.
Q: Do I get to pick where my booth is located in the exhibit hall?
A: Your spot will be assigned based on your sponsorship level, and we always prioritize making sure you’re not place next to a direct competitor.
Q: When will I receive the pre-event attendee list?
A: The attendee list will be sent out 3 weeks and 1 week before the conference. Please note, it will not include contact information per privacy regulations.
Q: When can we expect the highest traffic in the exhibit hall?
A: The highest traffic in the exhibit hall is expected during each break in the agenda, as well as the receptions on October 6 and October 7.
Q: Are we allowed to organize a dinner and invite attendees?
A: Absolutely! You are welcome to invite attendees to dinner as long as it doesn’t overlap with our conference agenda (i.e. please do not plan a dinner/activity until after the reception has ended). Please give us a heads up if you’re planning a dinner.
